“This was the first thing I saw when I arrived in town. Something like this sets the whole mood for a town, and is quite the attention getter for traffic passing by on I-10. The first time I visited, it was to ride my bike up there to listen to a concert. I went back several times since then as time allowed. I recommend it for the various sculptures that are up there, especially the main attraction 77 foot tall cross sculpture. I met Max Greiner, the sculptor, at the concert.”
