“I see it as a plus having it (the garden) here in Kerrville. You can see it (the cross) from a great distance, and it attracts people’s attention. They could be driving through and decide to find out what it is, buy a tanks of gas or a meal, decide to stay over night. It certainly brings a lot of people to Kerrville. It is a good thing, and I don’t see anything wrong with having it here.”
